I met Andrew Fugitt several years ago when we found our dream house that was being redone in the Winchester area. We asked him to keep an eye on this house and let us know if and when it went on the market. He found the owner of our dream house and said he would like to show the house to me and my wife. The owner advised Andrew the house wasn’t on the market. We saw the house on a Sunday and per Andrew’s advice he said make this offer and a least you give the owners the chance to say no. They accepted our offer on the spot. We put our house on the market on the following Sunday and it sold within a couple of hours. With a heavy heart we sold out dream house in 2 years, Andrew sold it for us for over our asking price and help us negotiate a price on our new home. Great realtor who is very professional but also personable and will go well beyond your expectations when buying or selling your home.

Oftentimes letting go of your old house and deciding on buying a new one is scary, confusing and concerning. In my case, it was just the opposite. Andrew Fugitt listened to me as I voiced my desires, price range and neighborhood. He was patient and willing to chauffeur me around at any minute. Together we were able to find a new house that met all our needs and within weeks, sold my old house for far more than I expected. The transition was seamless!
